	This video offers an overview of the last 50 years of American history and the powers that be. Respected journalist Bill Moyers interviews retired CIA and Naval personnel such as Theodore Bissel and Ralph McGehee. Also covered were the 1975 congressional hearings on the subject, led by Sen. 	Here is a video which touches on "The Wolfowitz Doctrine", or the "Defence Planning Guidance", written in 1992 while Paul Wolfowitz worked for the Defense Department under George Bush Sr. This has pretty much become foriegn policy under George W. 	Richard Clarke was an employee of the Defense Department under Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush. He later became the Chief Counter-Terrorism Adviser on the NSC under Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. He has been sharply critical of George W. Bush's non interest in terrorism for the nine months leading up to 911 and thereafter. This clip is short and to the point. 	Now Paul O'Neill steps in. He served as 72nd United States Secretary of Treasury under George W. Bush until his resignation in December 2002. He confirms Richard Clarke's statement that the invasion on Iraq was planned from George W. Bush's first National Security Meeting in January 2001. Only one problem. 911 hadn't happened yet. 	Executive order 13233? Signed by George W. Bush on November 1, 2001, this order ends 27 years of Congressional and Judicial efforts to make Presidential papers and records publicly available. 	The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive was created via an executive order by George W. Bush on May 9, 2007. In the case of a National emergency of a broad nature, The President can take control of the Government, presumably outside of the control of Congress.
